§ 74-281. Specific areas.

(a)

There shall be no parking at any time on the east side of Mohr Road from South Shore Drive to Geneva Lake. There shall also be no parking on either side of Mohr Road in the area north of the Village of Fontana lift station building.

(b)

No motor vehicle, trailer or boat carrier may be parked on any public street for more than 24 consecutive hours. This subsection does not waive or affect the provisions of section 74-301.

(c)

No motor vehicle, trailer or boat carrier may be parked on any public parking lot for longer than 24 consecutive hours.

(d)

There shall be no parking at any time on either side of Fontana Boulevard.

(e)

There shall be no parking on that portion of Lake Street from its intersection with Third Avenue north to its intersection with Kinzie Avenue, on that portion of the north side of Kinzie Avenue running west from its intersection with Lake Street to its intersection with North Lakeshore Drive, and on that portion of the south side of Kinzie Avenue running west from its intersection with Lake Street to its intersection with Big Foot Drive.

(f)

There shall be no parking on the south and east sides of the double lane portion of Lake Street from its intersection with South Lake Shore Drive to its intersection with Third Avenue. Parking between the curb and the lake on the east side of Lake Street from its intersection with South Lake Shore Drive and its intersection with Third Avenue shall be prohibited. This subsection does not waive or affect the provisions of section 74-383.

(g)

There shall be no parking on the south side of Third Avenue from the east lot line of lot 2, block 6, D. A. Reid's Addition to Reid's Park, east to its intersection with Lake Street. There shall be no parking on the north side of Third Avenue from the east lot line of lot 12, block 5, D. A. Reid's Addition to Reid's Park, east to its intersection with Lake Street.

(h)

No person shall park any vehicle on the property owned by the village upon which the safety building is located, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land located in the village described as follows: Lots 1 and 2 except the north 65.00 feet; also lots 16 and 17, all in block 9 of the original plat of the village. This subsection shall not apply to any vehicles which are owned by the village or vehicles owned or operated by any officer, agent or employe of the village, while such person is on official police, rescue squad, fire department or general village business.

(i)

There shall be no parking at any time on either side of South Lake Shore Drive from its intersection with Fontana Boulevard to its intersection with Shabbona Drive.

(j)

There shall be no parking at any time on the east side of High Street from the intersection with Third Avenue to the intersection with Kinzie Avenue.

(k)

There shall be no parking at any time on either side of Reid Street between Fontana Boulevard and Kinzie Avenue.

(l)

There shall be no parking on the north side of Second Avenue from High Street west to Valley View Drive, except for designated handicap areas.

(m)

There shall be no parking on the east side of Douglas Street from Third Avenue north to Second Avenue, and there shall be no parking on the west side of Douglas Street from Second Avenue to Kinzie Avenue.

(n)

There shall be no parking on the East side of Big Foot Drive between Bayview Drive and Kinzie Avenue.

(o)

There shall be no parking on either side of Shabbona Drive from South Lakeshore Drive to the first residential driveway located 142 feet to the southwest.

(p)

There shall be no parking at any time on the north side of Bay View Avenue from Reid Street east to Lake Street. There shall also be no parking on the south side of Bay View Avenue between the signs located directly across from 328 Bayview Avenue and 334 Bayview Avenue.
