§ 74-301. Prohibited.

(a)

No person, except a physician on an emergency call or those persons designated in Wis. Stats. § 346.50, shall park any vehicle for longer than 30 minutes between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any public highway, street or alley within the village from November 1 through April 1 of any year.

(b)

Areas exempt from this section include the following:

(1)

The angled parking stalls located on the north side of Third Avenue between Reid Street and Lake Street.

(2)

The perpendicular parking stalls located on the west side of Mill Street between Fontana Avenue and W. Main Street.
