§ 10-5. Collecting official.

(a)

Lakeland Animal Welfare Society, Inc., and its authorized employes, are designated as collecting officials under Wis. Stats. § 174.065, with full authority to issue licenses and tags pursuant to Wis. Stats. ch. 174.

(b)

Lakeland Animal Welfare Society, Inc., shall annually, by December 31, return to the county clerk all unused tags of the current license year, together with license books and all duplicate licenses of the current year. As directed by the county clerk, Lakeland Animal Welfare Society, Inc., shall remit all license fees collected.
