§ 78-257. Annual audit.

The village shall conduct an annual audit, the purpose of which shall be to maintain the proper proportion among users of the sewer service charge system and to ensure that adequate revenues are available to meet operation and maintenance expenses, replacement costs and debt service costs. The village will apply excess revenues collected from a user class to operation and maintenance costs attributable to that class for the next year.
