§ 78-254. Residential rates.

(a)

Service charge. The quarterly service charge shall be based on the size of the service meter installed according to the following schedule:

(b)

(c)

Nonvillage source. For residential users of the village sewer system only, who obtain water from a nonvillage source, the quarterly rate for sanitary sewer use shall be in accordance with the following schedule:
