§ 78-32. Public service commission rules adopted.

  • (a)

    Operating rules.

    (1)

    All persons receiving a water supply from the utility or who may make application after the effective date of the ordinance from which this section is derived shall be considered as having agreed to be bound by all rules and regulations as filed with the state public service commission.

    (2)

    The following provisions of Wisconsin Administrative Code ch. PSC 185 are adopted by reference and made a part of this article as if set forth in full. A violation of any such rules shall constitute a violation of this section and shall be punishable as provided in section 1-11.

    (3)

    Any requirement of the code incorporated in this section shall be a requirement of this article. Any future amendments, revisions or modification of the code are intended to be made a part of this article.

    (b)

    Conflict with other ordinances or rules. If any of the provisions of the public service commission rules adopted by reference in subsection (a) conflict with any existing ordinance or utility regulation, the public service commission rules shall prevail.
