§ 74-51. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Motor-driven vehicle means any vehicle propelled by any type of motor, whether gasoline, electric or any other type of mechanized power, except maintenance equipment.

Park means any beach, park, playground, athletic field or space owned, leased by or under control of the village, and as listed in the Village of Fontana Park and Open Space Plan and Comprehensive Master Plan.
