§ 74-1. General penalties for violations of chapter.

Unless a different penalty is provided elsewhere in this chapter, any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or any administrative rule, order or regulation adopted or incorporated under this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in section 1-11.
