§ 54-164. User fee for Reid Park gazebo.

(a)

Imposed. There is imposed a user fee for the private use of the gazebo structure located in Reid Park.

(b)

Application. Permits for use of the gazebo shall be obtained by written application to the park commission on a form provided by the clerk. Final approval will be by the board.

(c)

Fees. Fees for daily use of the gazebo shall be such as may be determined by the board. The gazebo shall be inspected prior to and immediately after each permitted use by the park commission. Any observed damage shall be billed to the permit holder.
