§ 54-6. Boating and water safety penalties.

Any person who shall violate the provisions adopted by section 54-4, be subject to § 30.80, Wis. Stats., which section is adopted by reference in this section as if fully set forth. Any person who shall violate the provisions adopted by section 54-4 as described and defined in § 30.68, Wis. Stats. shall, in addition to the penalties set forth in this subsection, be required to obtain a certificate of satisfactory completion of a safety course pursuant to § 30.74(1), Wis. Stats.
