§ 46-1. Park hours.

The Duck Pond Recreation Area shall be closed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., unless there are special circumstances or approved special events. The hours of operation for all other village parks shall be set by the village board and subject to change on a temporary basis by village staff. No unauthorized person shall be in a park in violation of the posted hours.
