§ 2-67. Public works committee.

The public works committee shall:
(1)

Formulate and recommend to the village board any rules, regulations or ordinances in respect to the use, repair, construction or extension of village road systems;

(2)

Formulate and recommend to the village board any rules and regulations for the operation of the water system and sanitary sewer system;

(3)

Exercise and direct supervision of the public works superintendent in the implementation of village board policies and directives; and

(4)

Recommend, direct and coordinate maintenance and repair to the village road system, water system and sanitary sewer system.
