§ 23-26. Same—Project plan approved.

(a)

The Village of Fontana has determined that the project plan for Tax Incremental Financing District No. 1 is feasible and in conformity with the village master plan and other policies and laws of the Village of Fontana.

(b)

The village board approves said project plan for the district pursuant to the provisions of § 66.1105, Wis. Stats.
